Karin Leonard and Daniel Robin named Co-Directors of Better Workplace Programs
The Human Fulfillment Institute is pleased to announce that Karin Leonard and Daniel Robin have been named Co-Directors of Better Workplace Programs for the Human Fulfillment Institute. Daniel and Karin have over two decades of experience helping businesses perform more effectively across a broad range of industries.
About Karin and Daniel:
Karin H. Leonard is Co-Director of Better Workplace Programs for the Human Fulfillment Institute. A Certified Professional Coach, consultant, author, motivational speaker and workshop leader, Karin is Founding Principle of Karin Leonard and Associates and developer of Inner Evolution, a groundbreaking approach to human development and fulfillment. In collaboration with Daniel Robin, Karin is also founding principal of A Better Workplace, an international training and consulting firm established in 1985. Through A Better Workplace, Karin has instructed hundreds of managers and supervisors within corporations, government agencies and educational institutions in the art of effective leadership and collaboration. In addition to her organizational work, Karin has brought her clear, compassionate approach to personal development education at institutions such as Halcyon College, The Center for Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, and Esalen Institute. Since 1993, Karin has also served as author of the popular monthly column "Personal Mastery" in Connection Magazine. She has published over 100 articles, appeared on radio talk shows, and continues to produce broadcast-quality audio programs. A native of Germany, Karin is fluent in English, German and French. Daniel Robin is Co-Director of Better Workplace Programs for the Human Fulfillment Institute. A dynamic business consultant, coach, keynote speaker and facilitator, Daniel specializes in workplace tools for collaboration, strategic planning, organizational culture change, and performance management. In collaboration with Karin Leonard, Daniel is founder of Better Workplace (ABetterWorkplace.com), an international training and consulting firm that has helped people communicate, do their best work, and learn since 1985. Daniel frequently delivers keynotes and seminars, and helps build teams with diverse clients worldwide. Repeat offenders: Driscoll’s, DiverseyLever (now JohnsonDiversey), Hewlett Packard, McKee Foods (Tenn.), Pacific Gas & Electric, WISE Solutions, Superior Foods, Threshold Enterprises, and nearly a dozen government agencies, from City of Santa Cruz, CA to the Government of Kuwait. Daniel also serves as adjunct professor at the Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS), Graduate School of International Policy and Management. Daniel’s more than 150 articles have been published in magazines, newspapers, and in the book Tactical Communications (2005, Pearson Custom Publishing). Daniel has authored an E-book on handling emotions at work, and from 1990 to 2005 authored "The Healthy Workplace," a widely-read San Francisco Bay Area business column. In more recent years, Daniel has been helping entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs succeed with commercializing clean-technology for energy, transportation, agriculture, health and nutrition via his role as managing director of In3 BioRenewables (in3inc.com), a business development and venture catalyst firm founded in 1996.
